For the run, you'll be able to follow closely as there are two timing points, which makes a total of 8 intermediate times on the run (4 loops). Yes, you can!

Saturday - Check In
|
02.10.2010 @ 11:25
Today is a beautiful day in Cannigione, blue skies and mild temperatures. Tomorrow's highs will be 26°C, and everything gets in place for the World premiere of a TriStar222 race. Athletes will check in their bikes and their transition bags this afternoon from 14 - 18, and then most probably head home soon to get some sleep before tomorrow's race.
Relay matchmaking... Alex found a runner!
|
01.10.2010 @ 16:58
TriStar can be really fun! We bumped into Alex yesterday who came to support her boyfriend Rob who is doing the race. She mentioned she'd be looking for relay partners, we posted the video, and there you go, Sigrid answered. Sigrid can run a halfmarathon in 1:55, so she's a perfect match for Alex who can cycle 180km in 5:09. Now the two girls are just a stone's throw away from picking up their race numbers... they'll meet a swimmer tomorrow and start the race on Sunday with race number R04.
Can you decide to do a TriStar222 2 days before the race? Yes, you can! ;)
